WE are currently offering an 5-week course on the Essentials of Whole Foods. This is designed to teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle by beginning with the most fundamental component of health: dietary nutrition!
Each class will cover a different element of the whole foods diet how each component helps the body, and how to select and prepare it
This particular offering is for the complete 5 week program, which includes the following topics: 1. Introduction to whole foods 2. Grains 3. Root Vegetables 4. Round Vegetables 5. Greens, crucifers & dressings 6. Beans & sea vegetables 7. Fish 8. Soups Also incorporated into the topics above, we'll cover various kitchen techniques, we'll learn about all the tools and utensils to use in kitchen, and we'll even create our own condiments and seasonings each class.
