Valentines offers lovers, friends, & family everywhere the perfect time to pay homage to one of the World's most romantic and beloved foods: CHOCOLATE.
Come and join live-food chef & chocolatier William Blackmon for an afternoon of playful, engaging information on the history, folklore, & nutrition of the chocolate bean.
In this participatory party play-shop, you will taste and learn to make organic truffles and traditional cacao elixirs. Recipes will include the Vanilla Blueberry Bee Pollen truffle and Spicy Mayan elixir.
