Slow Food Orange County Saturday Afternoon At The Ranch

The Ranch Restaurant features true American regional cuisine. They're cooking from scratch with the finest ingredients possible to capture the rustic style of the wine country and the freshest flavors of the farm. They honor California's great ranches, farms and dairies, the artisan bread bakers, and cheese and wine makers. Their seasonally-driven menu showcases the freshest produce in season - as nature intended. The emphasis is on farm to table, fresh organically grown fruits and vegetables from local farms and from their own ranch in the Santa Ana Mountains.

The afternoon will include a backstage tour of their fabulous kitchen and a presentation on the history and philosophy that created the restaurant and the Saloon which is next door.

The Ranch features one of the best wine lists in Orange County. To keep the afternoon reasonably priced, beverages are not included in the price but may be purchased separately. Corkage is $15. The Saloon next door opens at 5:30 for those interested in dancing or just watching.
