Description
The Business and Economic Develompent Center (BEDC) at the UW's Foster School of Business is hosting the 2nd National Diversity in Business Research Conference on June 12 and 13. This conference will draw some of the nation's leading researchers who focus on management diversity, multicultural marketing, and minority entrepreneurship.

The BEDC is hosting a panel discussion featuring the conference's keynote speakers prior to the start of the conference for executives and business leaders. This is an opportunity to learn about some of the most recent research in the field and discuss how Seattle-area businesses can gain a competitive advantage by:

* Reaching a diverse customer base and opening new opportnities for divers managers and business leaders

* Accelerating the growth and minority- and women-owned businesses
