Vic Clevengers "Pure Southern Comedy: 200 Proof"
As a Nationally Touring Comedian, audiences have compared Vic Clevenger to various superstar comedians such as Jeff Foxworthy and Bill Engvall. Recently an audience member said, "If Larry the Cable Guy and Ron White had a kid it would be Vic Clevenger." Vic shows that life is funny with his humorous everyday observations and southern comedic style. Delving into such topics as being married "forever," having two daughters, which he says are going to put him in an early grave and growing up in Kentucky, he shows his audiences nothing in life is off limits and everything is funny.
During those growin' up years, the comedic foundation was laid for him as he began entertaining audiences at home and church, which would often garner him applause and the occasional spanking. Spending much of his adult life as a professional speaker, speech coach and adjunct college professor, Vic has had audiences across the country on the edge of their seats laughing and requesting him back time after time.
Audiences laugh out loud as they are captivated with his laid back southern style of humor. As one audience member put it, "I was wondering what he was going to say next." Audiences quickly turn into fans as they enjoy his country boy charm and quick wit returning night after night, bringing their friends and family with them.
Vic has shared the stage in such clubs as the IMPROV, Bonkerz, Funny Bone and various other venues with such nationally known comics as Rich Vos, Michael Winslow, Peter Hefty, LA Hardy, Todd Yohn, Rob Little, Tom Rhodes, Daryl Rhodes, Mike Weldon, Tyrone Davis, Artie Fletcher, Rob Little, Juston McKinney, April Macie, Christina Patsitzky, Caroline Picard, Tim Kidd, Michael Malone, Spanky Brown, and Happy Cole just to name a few.
