Access Pass Subscription 2012-13
Celebrate our 40th year! See ALL Theatre and Dance department productions for just $20.
Yes, you read that right. $20 for all shows.
When a UCSD student independently purchases one ticket for just one show, it costs $10.00. Now you can see ALL of our productions for only $20!
How it Works:
1. Purchase your Access Pass online, or in person at our Main Office in Galbraith Hall.
2. Fill out an order form located on our website at http://theatre.ucsd.edu/season/tickets/index.html.
3. Bring your online payment confirmation/receipt, cash, or check (Payable to UC Regents) to Galbraith Hall, Room 202 (main office) to receive your Access Card.
4. Check the performance schedule at http://theatre.ucsd.edu/season to choose a show date and time.
5. Arrive EARLY at the show's theatre. The show's box office opens one hour before show time.
6. Present your Access Pass to the box office rep and collect your ticket.
7. Head for the theatre entry to see a show that's sure to intrigue, inform, and/or inspire!
The Fine Print:
Show up early to be at the show's box office to be among the first to "buy a ticket" for the performance of your choice. First come, first served. Seats are distributed by the box office on a "best seats available" basis. There is limited seating for some of our season shows (those in the smaller theatres), so showing up at the theatre one hour prior to performance DOES NOT guarantee you a seat. If you are concerned about not receiving a ticket, call the box office at 858-534-4574 between 12noon - 6pm, Monday through Friday to check to see if a particular performance is sold out. The earlier you get there, the better chances you have of getting a good seat.
Once at the box office, show your student ID and have the box office rep mark off the show on your Access Pass.
The box office rep will validate your card and return it to you along with a ticket for entry into the theatre. Be sure you put your Access Pass in a safe place you'll need it for the next show in the season!
