1st Annual Post-Apocalyptic Chili Challenge & Auction Fundraiser for Haiti Mission Trip 2013
This event includes two elements: A chili cook off (come hungry!) and a live auction, featuring a real auctioneer! The auction will include products and services donated from local businesses, as well as services from our mission team (yard work, house cleaning, etc). The funds from this event will benefit our July 21-27 2013 trip to Fond Blanc, Haiti, where we will assist in the ongoing efforts to build an orphanage, medical center, and school in a community that is still recovering from the financial devastation of the 2010 earthquake.
For the chili cook off and auction, the cover charge is $5. You can purchase ACTUAL seats here with credit/debit card, or at the actual event with cash/check. VIRTUAL SEATS are available those who wish they could attend and support the trip, but do not plan on actually being there. You may keep your online receipt for tax purposes. Feel free to purchase as much VIRTUAL SEATS as you wish, as our VIRTUAL VENUE is quite large!
