4-Course Brewery Dinner with Bell's Brewery|
Tuesday, February 5, 7pm - Riverview Tavern
Join us at Riverview on Tues, Feb 5th at 7pm for a wonderful Brewery Dinner. Chef Frederick Keller will be on hand along with Bell's Brewery for a 4-Course Prix-Fixe dinner featuring beers from Bell's Brewery.
Tickets are $45 per person and include a 4-Course dinner and different Bell's beers. Tickets are limited.
- Course One: Mixed greens with almonds, radishes
and kumquats with a creamy meyer lemon and
tarragon vinaigrette and prosciutto wrapped pears.
Beer Pairing: Third Coast Beer
- Course Two: Braised pork belly with a curry, apple
and cauliflower puree braised red cabbage.
Beer Pairing: Midwestern Pale Ale
- Course Three: Duck confit with ricotta gnocchi, sautéed
enoki mushrooms, English peas, cipollini onions, pea
shoots and a duck jus. Beer Pairing: Hopslam
- Course Four: Buttermilk panna cotta with a blood
orange sauce. Beer Pairing: Kalamazoo Stout
This is a prix-fixe meal designed with beer pairings, therefore: no substitutions. Sorry, no vegetarian option.
