Guests will make their way through a variety of chiles and create salsas from the traditional to the modern all the while keeping summer food pairings in mind. Our expert chefs will leave you ready to bring Mexico to your picnic table in no time. A class in four parts with paired cocktails and wines all lead to a wonderful sit-down meal in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen. So, come, get your grill on!

You have tomatilloes, serrano chiles a beautiful piece of Marin Farms sirloin, and your friends are begging to fly you to Mexico if you'll just make them a little more carne asada.
