Cuisine & Conservation: a perfect pairing
Enjoy an amazing culinary experience at Pullman's Cask restaurant and help support land conservation projects and Idler's Rest Nature Preserve.  Treat your taste buds to a chef-curated, unique 5 course tapas meal, with each course expertly paired with the perfect wine or beer to heighten your dining pleasure.  You'll also have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win delicious wines, Cask growlers filled with you choice of beer, and gift cards to Pullman's Porch Light Pizza.  

This is such a special event, we're offering two seatings for the evening, one beginning at 5pm, and the second at 7pm, sure to fit perfectly with all of your weekend plans.  When purchasing tickets, please choose the seating time of your preference.

$10 of each ticket sold will go directly to the Palouse Land Trust to preserve more of the open spaces, family farms and forests, waterways, and special places that mean so much to all of us on the Palouse and across north-central Idaho. We can't wait to share in this delicious experience with you!
