VAGADU meets Kara Maria in Deployment in Wonderland May 3rd 2008 8pm
Enter the world of Kara Maria in a special evening that stimulates all senses to celebrate the vision of the artist
*Highlighting the event is the Debut of The Kara Maria Fashion Collection by VAGADU. The clothing will be brought to life with original choreography by dancers from U Dance Electra (choreographed by Monica Mark) working with the themes of Karas paintings. They will also be performing to original music composed by John Arns.
*Interactive gourmet food by underground supper club chef Efrain Cuevas who will create a tasting menu inspired by elements in Karas paintings.
*One-on-one conversation with the artist hosted by Lucy Lips.
*DJs Ammon Haggerty and Doug Sands of Ozumo will be spinning sexy musical interpretations of the artist.
*Raffle to win an original Kara Maria and a unique VAGADU creation.
*After-party and sale (all clothing will be available for purchase)
