| Description |
The 2nd National Diversity in Business Research Conference will bring together many of the nations leading and emerging researchers to share the results of their current research and to stimulate new research questions.
This conference will develop a deeper understanding about issues related to improving the:
* success of minority-and women-owned businesses.
* ability of corporations to reach a diverse customer base.
* capability of companies to increase the racial, ethnic, and gender diversity in all levels of management.
