Fall Climate Change and Health Conference
Join us for an entire morning devoted to understanding the health impacts of climate change and the importance of becoming a health professional climate change activist. This free event on October 14 includes a dynamic group of expert speakers, and a healthy and delicious breakfast and lunch.
CME credit will be available.

10:00 Elena Grossman, MPH, UIC School of Public Health: Climate Change and Health
11:00 Susan Buchanan, MD, MPH, Peter Orris, MD, MPH, and Holly Rosencranz, MD: panel discussion on how to become a physician activist
Noon lunch and learn with Todd Sack, MD: the physician creator of www.mygreendoctor.org will present his online clinic greening tool
