This training session is meant to familiarize you with the off flavors that can occur in beer, along with potential reasons and solutions. Many of these 'off-flavors' can occur in wine as well, and will provide benefit to wine professionals too. We will also spend some time on the physiology of taste and how to taste. While this training session is not affiliated with the Cicerone Certification Program, it is aimed at helping prepare individuals for Cicerone Certification Program exams. Participants must be 21yrs of age and there are only 18 available spots. Feel free to send any questions to the instructors.
