Exploring Sonoma County's Geology
Come join us in the park's Observatory and learn more about the ground beneath our feet from seasoned Sea Ranch geologist, Thomas Cochrane - author of the recently-published "Shaping the Sonoma-Mendocino Coast - Exploring the Coastal Geology of Northern California" (River Beach Press, February) which features an 85-mile "Road Log" to equip the reader for a self-guided geology tour up the coast, from Bodega Bay to Elk.
Audience Q & A will follow and autographed copies of his new book will also be available.
