DENIAL: Being In It & Getting Out Of It
Ah yes! Denial. Its so easy to hang out in denial because nothing has to happen there. We dont have to do anything. We dont have to admit anything. We dont have say anything. Its still. Its safe. Sounds kind of awesome. Well at least for a little bit. Then at some point, hanging out in denial isnt cool. Things start to bubble. They start to emerge. Then we might meet denials friend guilt and then there is guilt's accomplice, shame. And possibly some other emotions too.
Lets talk about this. Lets figure this out together. Please join the judgment-free convHERsation. We will also hear from 4 different women as they share their personal story on this topic. All women that speak are regular, everyday women.
This is a judgment-free convHERsation. There will also be a Q&A portion of the evening. And if you want to just listen, that is ok too.
This is a safe space to hear different sides of the story.
