Join me, Diamond Green, Michigan's first and only Certified BOKWA Fitness Instructor for a BOKWA Taster (demo). Get ready to have some fun.

BOKWA Fitness is an easy to follow fitness class where we draw letters and numbers on the ground with our feet. It is a revolutionary new Group Fitness Workout where you "Sweat the Alphabet and Dance the Digits."

BOKWA steps can be performed at different levels and difficulty by various participants in the same class, while tracing the same letter or number with their feet. As a result, children and adults of all different fitness levels can participate in the same class.
