AXIS Dance Company's 25th Anniversary Home Season Performances
In honor of its anniversary the country's leading physically integrated dance company celebrates reaching the quarter century mark and "25 Years of inspired dance" by continuing its tradition of commissioning work from groundbreaking choreographers with the upcoming debut of the first-ever collaboration between choreographer and Guggenheim Fellow Victoria Marks, composer/musician Beth Custer, and writer/dramaturg Sibyl O'Malley; titled 'what if would you', it revolves around notions of how deductive thinking leads to if/then assumptions. Friday & Saturday night The Beth Custer Trio will perform live!  Also on deck new work from Amy Seiwert & Sonya Delwaide.

N.B. Due to an unexpected dancer injury, AXIS has modified our program for our upcoming 25th Anniversary performances. We are pleased to present the reprise of Full of Words (2011) by Marc Brew with original music by Dan Wool, and the world premiere of what if would you by Victoria Marks, with text by Sibyl O'Malley and original music by Beth Custer performed live on Friday and Saturday nights.


April 12-14 at the Malonga Casquelourd Center for the Arts in Oakland, CA.

Friday, April 12, is our Target Family Performance with $10 Tickets.
NOTE:  There is limited availability for tickets to our opening night performance on Fri, April 12th.  Tickets may not be available at the door on the day of the show, so be sure to purchase in advance.  

For Sat & Sun, April 13 & 14, Get your tickets in advance for these prices:
General Admission $22
Students, Seniors and Disabled $15
Youth $10

Door prices rise to:
General Admission $25
Students, Seniors and Disabled $18
Youth (14 & Under) $12

**Please note: there will be no ticket refunds.  
***All performances are general seating. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to show time to claim your tickets at will-call.

Also, wheelchair seating is limited, please note your seating requirements at time of purchase.
