Encuentro Organizers and Hosts:
Jonathan Yamauchi and Olivia Levitt are pleased to announce Encuentro Milonguero San Francisco Bay Area 2018!

Formerly, Encuentro Milonguero Berkeley, Encuentro Milongureo SF 2018! is Jonathan and Olivia's 4th Annual National Invitational role-balanced Encuentro for advanced level milonguero style dancers.

Encuentro Milonguero San Francisco Bay Area 2018 has moved from the Finnish Hall in Berkeley to the beautifully restored Old World Historic Masonic Lodge located in lovely Burlingame, CA embodied with quaint boutique shops, wonderful restaurants, and conveniently situated just a short drive to the SFO airport, and nearby hotels. There is plenty of free parking after 6pm on Fri and Sat and all day Sun next to and across the street from the Masonic Lodge.

When: Fri-Sun January 26th, 27th, and 28th, 2018.
What: Five milongas featuring the best of Golden Era Tango, two dinners, and four pre-Encuentro classes taught by Pablo and Eva; Daniel Arias y Laura; Christopher y Caroline; and Jonathan y Olivia (strictly Gavito).
Where: Burlingame Masonic Lodge No.400, 145 Park Rd, Burlingame, CA 94010.
Seating: Traditional seating - leaders and followers on opposite sides, couples in the ends.
Visually impaired: We will reserve seating in front row center for any visually impaired dancer who emails us with a request to do so.
Tandas: DJ discretion 3 or 4 song tandas.

Friday: 1:00 noon 5:00pm "Escuela de Tango"
Four optional successive pre-encuentro tango classes: $20 per person per class payable in cash or check at the class.

REGISTRATION DATES:

August 1, 2017 Advanced Level Milonguero style Couples Registration opens. We will reserve passes for 70 couples.

August 4, 2017 Single leaders registration opens. We will reserve passes for 10 advance level milonguero style leaders.

August 4, 2017 Single followers passes will automatically become available online when all 10 single leader passes are sold. Single follower passes will activate when 10 single leaders have registered.

Weekend passes: $160 single $320 couples, non-transferable, non-refundable after 10.1.17.
