Join Jasmine Creusson, chef, visual artist and Pervasive Media Studio resident, in this immersive dining event which combines installation, projection mapping, live performance and storytelling.
Jasmine wants to provide an opportunity for people to give their much-loved recipes and stories some recognition, credibility and a platform on which to share them. The idea is to explore the food stories surrounding lost recipes within all multi-cultural cuisines and to give a focus to the foods, recipes and dishes that dont get much recognition but perhaps have a unique story behind them.
Using stories gathered from members of the public Jasmine will create a unique menu of food and trigger experiences that will never be created together again. Whilst enjoying the dining experience itself, audiences will get to observe the food stories in a way that will both delight and inspire them to think and talk about what food means to them.
