COOK! Programs, Dinner Party Series
There is almost nothing more rewarding than cooking a delicious meal for friends and family. Perhaps the only thing better is watching the satisfied grins of your diners as they clean their plates-- a mark of a successful meal!
So how do we create a dinner, from start to finish, with the confidence to succeed? This series will teach you how. Participants will work in teams of 2's and 3's, creating multi-course meals. We will talk about menu design, practice timing, learn how to work from recipes vs. free-style, explore service options, and, of course, experiment with flavor. Each class will focus on a unique style of cooking, employing varied techniques, and seasoning from around the globe. Class will finish with a group meal and clean up.
