The Spartan Art Project Winterfest at Twisp Works
Winterfest is a party developed by Matt Armbrust, Steve Ward and Jeff Winslow to launch a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for the renovation of the Spartan Art Project, a 1951 Spartan Imperial Mansion being remodeled into a mobile art gallery.
