Feeling stuck? Looking for a way to break out of that all-too-familiar rut? Apprehensive about what the New Year will bring? Join us for Inside The Heart, an interactive workshop with a fresh approach to rejuvenating your life. Led by professional artists Heidi Hayes and Michael Gray (who is also a psychologist), we'll explore how you can use your individual creativity to transform the attitudes that hold you back. Our special guest artist, Singaporean Jiu Jian Kenn, will inspire you with his art and personal healing experiences. Now that's a different start to the New Year!
