On December 11, 2012, burlesque comic Lucky DeLuxe (Susanna Lee), brings her 1-woman show, "Getting Lucky: A Stand-Up Show From A Lay-Down Lady" to Madison, WI. This show will be held at The Frequency (121 West Main Street, Madison, Wisconsin, 53703), with a showtime of 9pm. Local favorites, Alan Talaga (The Dan Potacke Show), and Kitty LaRue (Peach Pie Burlesque) will open the show.
"Getting Lucky" incorporates standup comedy, storytelling, audience participation, and burlesque performance into one cohesive, hour-long show. Lucky DeLuxe (Susanna Lee) has been lauded for her original material, which is always personal, uncensored and charmingly honest. "Getting Lucky" addresses the topics of relationships, working in the sex industry, dysfunctional family life, sexuality and sexual identity, transitions, and self-acceptance through storytelling, standup comedy, spoken-word burlesque striptease, and 3 original games involving audience participation.

She has performed in the Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Ventura Comedy Festival, Chicago Comedy Festival New York Burlesque Festival, New Orleans Burlesque Festival, Southern Fried Burlesque Fest, Kansas City Burlesque Festival, Colorado Burlesque Festival, and the Show Me Burlesque Festival, in addition to her regular touring schedule. Lucky DeLuxe is one of only 14 Americans invited to compete in London's 2012 World Burlesque Games.
