Euge Groove and Peter White LIVE!
Headlined performance at the Norfolk Jazz Festival, Norfolk, VA in 2008, Groove is one of the biggest stars of smooth and contemporary jazz. Having recorded a string of number #1 hits and garnered a devoted following, he's known for his soulful and robust saxophone stylings, flair for R&B melodies and funk heavy grooves. These accolades have made him first call for such icons as Tina Turner, Bonnie Raitt, Tower of Power and Joe Crocker. His current CD "House of Groove" promises to be a best seller as his previous.
Peter White has maintained a reputation as one of the most versatile and prolific acoustic guitarists on the contemporary jazz landscape. To name a few, White accompanied Basia on a series of acclaimed albums, and then Basia was featured on White's album "Caravan of Dreams;" "What Does It Take (To Win Your Love);" recorded by Jr. Walker & The All Stars, "Midnight In Manhattan", recorded by Grover Washington, Jr. - each reached #1 on the Billboard Jazz Songs chart. His current CD, "Here We Go" will be the same continued hits!
