Flowers, Food, & Fashion
Presentation & Demonstration by Marsha Heckman,
renowned author and flower artist,
on theme flower arrangements for summertime
events, holidays and a wedding on the North Coast

Marsha Heckman is the author of eight books, all with How-To components, and she is an expert on weddings, flower arranging, floral art sculpture, event planning and design. Her new book is A BRIDES PLANNER, published by Rizzoli New York this year.

Plated lunch also includes a complimentary glass of Mimosa, coffee and teas, and wedding cake for dessert.

Be a lucky winner of one of Marcia Heckmans bouquets or her recently published wedding planner, local certificates and more.  For anyone planning a wedding or event on the North Coast, this is a perfect opportunity to take a guided  tour of the Arts Center surrounding gardens and event opportunities for weddings, engagement dinners, family events, and more.

Heckman, from Mill Valley, was honored to be a guest florist at the White House, and personally created bouquets for Malia and Sasha Obamas bedrooms. She was featured speaker at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Art in Bloom and a speaker and exhibitor at San Franciscos St. Marys Cathedral Annual Festival of Flowers, and Bouquets to Art at the DeYoung Museum in San Francisco. Marsha is a popular returning speaker to Gualala Arts and has appeared at the local Frog Song Garden Fundraiser Event as well as giving demonstrations and book signings at The 4-Eyed Frog Bookstore. She regularly gives talks on flower arranging, floral art sculpture, and weddings, and conceived of and exhibits at the annual Mill Valley Community Centers Dia de los Muertos celebration. Heckman is a certified Soul Collage instructor and an Airbnb Superhost.

A BRIDES PLANNER INFO:

Heckmans newest book, A BRIDES PLANNER, surpasses all other bridal guides with its flexibility for the user/bride to make each element of the wedding her own.  From ideas and inspiration to keeping track of guests and gifts; from engagement celebration to thank you notes and honeymoon photos, the bride and planner has information at hand instantly about every aspect and each person involved.

A BRIDES PLANNER provides brides with cultural and historic wedding traditions and superstitions, gives her a Bible of organization, a wealth of ideas, and all the resources to implement her plan.  Illustrated with photos of her sumptuous bridal bouquets, the book makes a lasting treasured memory book of the year of her wedding.
