After a ten year wait for an affordable apartment in the nations premiere performing arts
housing project, a series of coincidences, plus some legwork and the US mail, lead to a
connection between an actor facing the end of his career and the previous tenant. Ultimately
this intersection has repercussions, both personal and financial in a life affirming one-person
play.
