Sharon Salzberg, one of Americas most well-known Buddhist meditation teachers, is the New York Times best-selling author of numerous books, including Real Happiness: The Power of Meditation and Real Love: The Art of Mindful Connection.
Cofounder of the Insight Meditation Society (IMS) in Barre, Massachusetts, Sharon has been leading meditation retreats throughout the world for more than three decades.
