SCRD December Bootcamp!

This is a skating bootcamps offered by Steel City Roller Derby's Training and Skills and Recruitment Committee. If you intend to register for the 2013 tryout you must first attend a bootcamp.

Prospective skaters must be female and at least 18 years of age. Full derby safety gear is required; a limited supply will be available for borrowing at the rink. Safety gear includes a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, and a mouthguard (we do not loan out mouthguards - you must have your own!). Rink skates are also available for borrowing as a last resort, however, note that the rink skates will severely hinder your progress as they are not designed for roller derby skills. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before start time to get geared up so you can hit the floor promptly at 10.

VERY IMPORTANT: no onlookers or spectators of any kind are permitted. These sessions are closed to ensure the comfort of all participants. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Bootcamp cost is $10 and you will pay here on BPT. Do not bring cash to Romp n Roll.
