Hop Fusion

Hop Fusion is a six-course beer pairing dinner at the Brentwood community center on June 2nd, 2017. This event is a fundraiser for Unravel and 100% of its proceeds will go to this non-profit organization and the fight against pediatric cancer (https://unravelpediatriccancer.org/). Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and guests will be greeted with an initial refreshment from our featured brewery, Altamont Beer Works of Livermore, CA. While listening to the sounds of our live musician, Ben Benkert, our guests will have the opportunity to take a keepsake picture to commemorate the night out and peruse the raffle prizes donated by our community before being seated for dinner. Once seated, you will be treated to a carefully planned and selected six courses of delectable pairings for the remainder of the evening. Our dinner menu will be designed and executed by chef Juan Hernandez (Elisa's Catering, Flavors of Cali) and thoughtfully paired with Altamont beers that will be fresh from the tank.

Menu:
1 - Basic Bro -- Focaccia toast with a goat cheese mousse, smoked proscuitto and a melon jam.
2 - Juice Above the Clouds -- Roasted asparagus with a risotto parmesan crusted cake, wild mushrooms, and a tropical hollandaise.
3 - Shot Away -- A Shot Away Dragon Fruit Granita.
4 - Dank Row -- Roasted beef brisket slider with a sticky icky bbq sauce, purple cabbage and apple slaw, sweet potato fries and 925 Cali sauce.
5 - Rich Mahogany -- Jalapeno buttermilk fried chicken and waffles with a sorghum glaze
6 - Nutty Operator -- Nutty Operator marshmallow custard filled s'mores doughnuts with a dark chocolate glaze and graham cracker crust.
