CCBA Breakfast Ale: Beer & Donuts with Platform Beer Co.
Join the CCBA and Platform Beer Co - Columbus for a special Columbus Craft Beer Week version of Beer & Donuts. We're opening up more tickets than ever before, and we have some special surprises in store for you.
Tickets will go on sale Friday, April 21 at 9:00 a.m.
Whole Foods Market Easton is making donuts specifically for this event to pair with each beer, so the pairings promise to be amazing!
Beer & Donut pairings:
Basic Beach Berliner Weisse, Kiwi Strawberry Sour
Donut Pairing Strawberry Glaze with Balsamic Drizzle and Fresh Basil
Hyper Retro Farmhouse Saison with Mild Citrus Notes, fresh lemon and ginger
Donut Pairing Candied Ginger Fritter with Lemon Glaze
Warclaw Full bodied stout brewed with flaked oats, roasted barley, cocoa nibs and whole bean Brioso coffee
Donut Pairing Warclaw Glazed or Warclaw Cream Filled (with a coffee glaze or chocolate ganache)
Ian Funky Cider Initial fermentation with naturally occuring apple yeast that lend a sharp tartness and barnyard nose.
Donut Pairing Peanut Butter and Jelly Filled with Vanilla Glaze
