aMaSSiT
Join us for the formal presentation of our aMaSSiT cohort's works in progresses created this season, with special guest performances by aMaSSiT Facilitators Peter DiMuro and Aysha Upchurch, as well as aMaSSiT alumni Molly Hess and Colleen Walsh. This season's aMaSSiT artists include: Jordan Jamil Ahmed, Meghan Carmichael, Claire Johannes, Margaret Wiss, and UnCharted Dance Collective (Andrea Blesso Alburquerque, Katie Dunkel, Elizabeth Epsen, and Mary McCarthy).
The aMaSSiT Mentoring Lab is a multi-session course of class "labs" that focus on dance-making skills and tool building. In honor of The Dance Complex's 25th Anniversary, this year's cohort of aMaSSiT artists reflects the organization's longstanding commitment to cross-disciplinary dialogue and diversity in movement. The projects in process celebrate collaboration and the intersection of multiple mediums of art and movement.
