HOLIDAY WINE PAIRING CLASS
Join Vinny Eng, General Manager and co-curator of the beverage program at Bar Tartine, as he discusses the essential of wine pairing with traditional holiday flavors.
This is a classroom-style lecture with wonderful food & wine. The class features a 5-course "small plates" with wine pairings, and you will learn how to pair wine with the dishes, why some wines work better than others, and the basic principals of matching wine with your favorite dishes.
Food: 5-course family style tasting.
Beverage: Prosecco. Wine pairings for dinner.
Notes: Students will take home menus and wine tasting notes to take home.
