You love our new sustainably sourced sushi menu and we love to serve it to you, but why not learn how to rock out a sushi roll at home? Let Hayeong, our sushi maestro instruct you on the ins and outs of sushi making in this two hour class. Classes include hands-on instruction, a sake tutorial, recipes and a cocktail to pair, along with a newly found confidence.
In November, all attendees will be included in a drawing for a complimentary overnight stay. Make it a fun downtown weekend and roll on up to a room at W Seattle after your Sushi Class.
We're offering an enticing overnight package, which includes early check-in at 1 p.m. on the day of the class, attendance for two to the class, two cocktails and one appetizer in TRACE to enjoy later that evening and a late, 2 p.m. check-out the next day.
