Schola Cooks Mexican

Get a head start on your Cinco De Mayo celebration and help to support one of Baltimore's great rescue groups. We'll be gathering at Schola Cooks for a Mexican themed cooking class where we'll learn some great tips & techniques and then enjoy a feast of Mexican food. 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the rescue!!

Where: Schola Cooks 1005 North Charles Street, Baltimore MD 21201

When: Monday April 24th; 6:30-9:30 pm

Cost: $59

There are a limited number of tickets available so purchase your tickets early.

Menu:
Shrimp, corn, goat cheese chile rellenos (can be made without shrimp for our vegetarian guests)

Fried tortilla chips with queso

Hand made tortillas corn & flour

Handmade quick pickled jalapeños

Chipotle pulled chicken
Adobo roasted mushrooms & zucchini

Pico de gallo
Tomatillo salsa verde
Guacamole
Salsa negro

Black beans and rice

Churros & chocolate sauce

Schola's cooking classes are BYOB, Bella's volunteers will be donating a small selection of beers for the event but please feel free to bring your favorite beer or wine.
