Eric Hellner + Thomas Price
If you love BBQ and great wine, join us as we welcome Executive Chef Eric Hellner and Master Sommelier Thomas Price of the Metropolitan Grill.
Hellner will be bringing his smoker to create three courses of smoked meats--all paired with a half dozen sides and wine.
The dinner kicks off with a reception featuring passed appetizers and vino. (Check out the full menu: http://onoproject.com/).
The dinner will take place at a new venue that has yet to launch in Pioneer Square courtesy of the same guys who own nearby Delicatus. The beautiful exposed brick space is part venue and part barrel room for their new winery venture, Sous Sol Wine. You'll be one of the first to see it!
