From the CEO's Perspective Series: Leading Through Change
On a scale of 1 to 10, for many, the level of uncertainty experienced during a change in leadership, a merger, or acquisition, is off the charts. When there's upheaval in the culture and the overall sense of identity in the organization is threatened, employee anxiety skyrockets and the rumor mill runs rampant. How one leads through this adversity becomes one of the most important crucibles he or she may ever face.

It's a time that calls for not only good leaders to guide the organization, but for great leadership. What is the role of a leader when it has just been announced that their organization has been acquired or merged or a new CEO is taking the reins? How do leaders keep themselves and others motivated and focused on work goals, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth?

Join us for a conversation with three of Seattle's most influential CEO's to hear how they led through the perils and pitfalls of change and how the view looks from the other side. How did they maneuver? What did they learn? Most importantly, how did they experience change in themselves and who they are as a leader?

Panelists Include:
Steve Singh, CEO, Concur
Jean Thompson, CEO, Seattle Chocolates
Stan Pavlovsky, President, Allrecipes.com and Executive VP, Meredith Digital

Moderator:
Teri Citterman, executive coach and author, From the CEOs Perspective
