INPOWER & THRIVE
Ali Tomlinson and Hally Bayer have teamed up with lululemon to create a premier mind and body event for all wellness junkies, athletes, teachers and coaches. We will create a space for personal exploration, expression, and connection. Mind Body Soul. We will sweat, not to achieve, but to be, to expand, express and fully realize all that we are here and now. We will come together to dive into the practices that strengthen, elevate, expand and invigorate our bodies, and minds. We will hone our focus and make the shift so we can tap into our inner well of abundant enthusiasm, purpose and passion and ignite our most inspired lives. We will settle into our inpower and learn to thrive.

**All proceeds will go directly to Minding Your Mind a Philadelphia based non-profit working to reduce the stigma and destructive behaviors often associated with mental health issues and illnesses, and promote prevention through education learn more here http://mindingyourmind.org
The Day's Line Up
9:30am - Registration with coffee and light bites provided by Saxbys Coffee
10:15am - Opening Remarks, focusing on Intentions and grounding practice.
11:00am - Pilates Fusion (led by Hally Bayer of Thrive Pilates)
12:30-1:15 pm - nourish - PROVIDED by Saxbys Coffee
1:30pm - IN-Power and Thrive (with Ali Tomlinson and Hally Bayer): INPower Yoga and Meditation practices to explore the power of active and intentional recovery for the mind and body.
3:15pm - Closing Meditation with Ali Tomlinson
3:45pm - Closing remarks & invitation to after party
4:00pm - "Get happier hour" - Healthy snacks, kombucha cocktails, juices and conversation/connection
