Not only will you be donating gifts for a good cause, but we will also be giving gifts back to those that donate.
Portland, Oregon has never been looked at as a Mecca for Urban music and culture. However, there have always been a few people that have carried that flag proudly. Not only locally, but globally.
Cool Nutz has been a shining light for the cities under acknowledged Hip-Hop scene. With 7 critically acclaimed solo albums under his belt, Cool Nutz releases his 8th solo album entitled "Portland Ni%#a".
The title of the album represents more a mindset and history of music that exists in the city but doesn't tend to get the credit and spotlight it deserves. Music that represents the cities harsher and more non-rural side.
With a release date of August 28th, Cool Nutz has enlisted hip-hop heavyweights to assist in creating the electrifying audio landscape for "Portland Ni%#a". Look for features from Tech N9ne, The Grouch, Krizz Kaliko, Messy Marv, Mistah Fab, Bosko, and more. Production duties are handled by Bosko(Big Boi, E-40, J.Cole), Trox(50Cent, Krizz Kaliko, Kottonmouth Kings), Lawz Spoken, JEB, Stewart Villain, InfinitRakz, and Krispy Hendrixx.
"Portland Ni%#a" will be released for 100% FREE via Cool Nutz's website www.CoolNutz.net and is being used as a promotional tool to introduce him as the most recent signing to independent super label Suburban Noize Records.
