An Evening of Chocolate & Cocktail Pairings with Death's Door Spirits & Gail Ambrosius
Come to Death's Door Distillery in Middleton, Wis., home to Wisconsin's largest craft distillery, for a unique food and drink pairing event featuring two of Wisconsin's tastiest companies: Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier and Death's Door Spirits.
Enjoy a tasting selection of cocktails featuring Death's Door Spirits' vodka, gin and whisky that are expertly paired with Gail Ambrosius' line of chocolate bars:
- Espresso Bar
- Cherry Almond
- Three Hot Nuts
- Nibs Bar
- Bittersweet Bar
The event will be held on Wednesday, October 24, from 6:30pm - 8pm. Admission is $15 and includes a tasting of all the pairings as well as a guided tour of the 25,000 sqft facility.
Gail Ambrosius will be on hand to discuss her chocolate bars and other aspects of her chocolates and the pairings, while Death's Door Spirits' John Kinder will guide the distillery tour and talk about the inspiration for the cocktail pairings.
