The Rationales are a five-piece band from Boston. Mixing power-pop with alternative, teeming with hooks and harmonies, and layering their sound with hints of Americana and indie rock, their lush infectious sound has earned them the enthusiastic support of both fans and reviewers.

The Vivs are a Boston rock band. Brit-influenced rock/power-pop with three-part harmonies, driving guitar, funny/sad lyrics. Karen Harris (frontwoman), sings low. Terri Brosius, (keys) sings high and sweet. Pete Sutton (bass) sings gravelly right down the middle. The guitars are hazy, melodic, atonal, Richard Lloyd-ish. Influences are varied: The Kinks, Scrawl, X, Fleetwood Mac, and Smiths: Patti, Elliot, and The. They've elicited comparisons to Bettie Serveert, Yo La Tengo, Throwing Muses, Scrawl, and The Breeders. But they're pretty hard to nut-shell. Give a listen! New EP "Why So Dark" out now!
