discussing Gluten allergies vs intolerances and
the different health & diet implications of each.
Q&A to follow
3:00 pm: Cooking presentation of Gluten free foods
by Chef Amber Antonelli. Small bites available to guests.
Be sure to visit the Farmers Market before our Event.
Farmers Market open 9am-3pm
Families with young children use their discretion on their attendance to the lecture.
Access to the Gardens is included in the ticket price so that children can enjoy it all
with a parent or caregiver during the lecture if desired (or if they get restless once there!).
The cooking presentation will be more suitable for young children.
Gardens close at 6:00 pm.
