Friday, August 18 at 7:00 PM: WILDWOOD DAYS with Johnny Petillo
Singer, comedian and impressionist Johnny Petillo joins the Pops for Wildwood Days: Tribute to the 50s, featuring the music made famous by Bobby Rydell, The Platters, Jerry Lee Lewis, Dion & The Belmonts, Liberace, Elvis, and more. With his powerful and soulful voice, Johnny was a member of both Danny and the Juniors and The Duprees. In 2003, Johnny was inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.

Linda Gentille, originally from Pacific Palisades California is a world renowned entertainer and conductor of The Jersey Shore Pops Orchestra in Cape May, New Jersey. As a major headline act, Gentille has performed in over 30 US states, and 20 countries. She began her career with The Liberace Show as a teenager and quickly developed her own touring show. She performed on numerous television shows and became known as an international piano superstar in China. She holds the world record for performing more concerts in China than any foreign artist.
The Jersey Shore Pops (JSP) is a professional orchestra that performs classical and popular music concerts with international guest artists. and educates adults, young people, and special populations throughout southern New Jersey in the beauty and power of classical music. Incorporated in the state of New Jersey in 2006 as Peacemaker Productions, JSP is a tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) organization and adopted its current name in 2009.
