The 4th Annual C-CAP Junior Benefit - A Taste of Fall
C-CAP graduates, New York's most promising up-and-coming chefs who are cooking in top restaurants around the city, will prepare signature dishes for this delectable walk-around-tasting event.
Attendees (young professionals ages 21 - 45) will also enjoy superb wines, craft beer, festive cocktails, an exciting silent auction and live music by the David Grausman Trio at one of the hottest venues in town.
Online ticket sales close at noon on November 11th. To purchase tickets after then, please call the C-CAP until 4:00 p.m. 212-974-7111 or purchase tickets at the door at Ginny's at Red Rooster.
