Caviar Dinner
The Portland Harbor Hotel and Eve's at the Garden restaurant present the 6th annual Caviar Dinner with Browne Trading Company & Wine Wise.
The Caviar Dinner begins with a reception at 6:30 pm, offering guests a classic start to the evening with champagne and caviar. New this year, a Browne Trading Caviar Service table will allow attendees to taste and learn about the evening's select caviar. Renowned caviar importer and expert Rod Mitchell, owner of Browne Trading Co., will be on hand during the dinner to provide an expert introduction to the caviars. Erica Archer of Wine Wise will select the wines and introduce the wines.
The reception begins with Pemaquid oysters with asparagus crème, slow onions and Siberian caviar, a panini bite with ricotta, lobster and Galilee Osetra caviar and chick pea bruscetta with tomato jam and Spoonbill caviar in addition to the Browne Trading Service table. The tapas style four course dinner features White Sturgeon, Imperial Gold and Hackleback caviars.
Seating is very limited, and advance ticket purchase is required.
