Join us for an amazing dinner produced by guest chef John Sundstrom of Lark. Listen to presentations by local emerging artists, and participate in a democratic process to determine which artist should go home with grant money to support their project. You will feast on the artistry of a fantastic local chef at long community tables accompanied by local beers and wines. Debate with your friends and table-mates over the merits of one artist's project over another. VOTE! And stick around to find out who goes home with the cash. The winning artist will present about his/her project during the next Sprout.

Appetizers
Marcona almonds and marinated olives,
Olli Salumi and Spanish chorizo with membrillo
1st Course
Burrata with butternut squash: pickled and roasted, pumpkin seeds and aged balsamic
2nd Course
Cassoulet of duck, pork, garlic sausage and white beans with herbed bread crumb crust
Vegetarian option: Cassoulet of mushrooms, root vegetables and white beans with truffled bread crumb crust.
Dessert Course
Chocolate madeleines with Theo dark chocolate sauce
