come and learn about the magic of naturally leavened bread /
across two days we will chat about, mix, shape and bake a number of basic breads giving you an insight into how sourdough bread is made and enable you to make and bake bread at home /

day 2 tues 24.01 9am - 1pm

scoring and stencilling baking in dutch ovens / tins / domestic and commercial ovens
brunch provided
everyone will walk away with their own sourdough starter, a pack of helpful baking formulas and tips, a bread stencil made on the course, proofing baskets and a bag full of naturally leavened bread
