Join the American Alpine Club for the Rocky Mountain Region Craggin' Classic in Golden, CO on October 19-21, 2012!
We will kick off Friday night with the big screen premiere of Louder Than 11's new film, THE ABYSS, at the American Mountaineering Center in Golden. Beer, reception, and Silent Auction to benefit the Rocky Mountain Region Live Your Dream Grant immediately precede the movie.
Saturday will include morning coffee at the AMC and a day of clinics with Colorado Mountain School guides and local professional athletes. Come back to the AMC after climbing and clinics for Happy Hour with beer from Avery. From there, folks will head up to Boulder to take part in or just hang out at The Spot Climbing Gym's famous Psychedelia black light competition.
Sunday morning coffee at the AMC will be immediately followed by a stewardship project lead by the Boulder Climbing Community and Jefferson County, and supported by the Access Fund.
