Vietnamese Cooking Workshop
Join me for an in-depth learning experience where we explore the flavors, ingredients and techniques of Vietnamese cooking. This hands-on workshop will introduce you to the essentials of the cuisine, from lemongrass to fish sauce. You'll learn the fundamental cooking techniques as well as how to balance the key flavors; hot, sour, salty, sweet to create authentic dishes at home.
