Friends/Family Dance Festival
Companies that will be performing include Cornerspoon, DatuganDanceTheatre, Darnell Dance Works, Louise Reichlin & Dancers, Merge Dance Theatre, Movement Theatre CoLab, Nancy Evans Dance Theatre, SoleVita Dance Company, Tom Tsai and Watson Dance. Choreographers are Chia-Hui Cheng (Cornerspoon), Ken Datugan (DatuganDanceTheatre), Denise Darnell Shapiro (Darnell Dance Works), Louise Reichlin (Louise Reichlin & Dancers), Jennifer La Curan (Merge Dance Theatre), Robert Salas (Movement Theatre CoLab), Ashleigh Doede (Nancy Evans Dance Theatre), Nancy Evans Doede (Nancy Evans Dance Theatre), Jenn Logan (Nancy Evans Dance Theatre), Joelle Martinec (SoleVita Dance Company), Tom Tsai, and Irene Watson (Watson Dance).
Performances will be in the newly built theatre at Porticos Art Space, where Nancy Evans Dance Theatre is the resident dance company.
This will be an evening of very eclectic concert dance work. The concert is appropriate for ages 12 and up.
